Viking Appliance Repair
Commercial-style ranges built for home kitchens. They're heavy, and so are the parts. We repair them across Pinal and Maricopa County.

Parts, and why the badge matters
Viking is owned by Middleby. That matters, because it decides where a part comes from and how long it takes to get. Knowing what we're walking into is usually the difference between one visit and three.
We quote a flat rate before starting, and nobody here works on commission. On a machine that cost five figures, that matters more than anywhere.

Viking tips from our technicians
Specific to Viking, not general appliance advice — several of these will save you a call outright.
-
Make sure the door still closes square
Viking doors are heavy, and the hinges hold that weight through thousands of openings. When they wear, the door sits a little crooked and heat leaks out the whole time you're baking. The food bakes unevenly, and the element gets blamed every time.
-
Level the range after any move
These ranges are heavy enough that a floor that's even a little off shows up as uneven cooking across the cooktop. Put a level on it. Don't eyeball it.
-
Expect heavier parts and a longer wait for them
Viking runs its own parts network instead of sharing parts with other brands. The parts are built tough, but they get ordered, not pulled off a generic shelf. That's why we read the model and serial off the plate before we order.
-
Go easy on the self-clean cycle
Self-clean burns the oven clean at temperatures far hotter than cooking ever gets. That's hard on the hinges, the seals and the electronics. Running it once in a while is fine. Running it every month wears the oven out noticeably faster.
-
Clean the burner caps and ports by hand
The heavy cast burner parts on these ranges hang onto spills that a quick wipe-down misses. Lift them off and clean them, ports included. More often than people expect, that's all it takes to get a good flame back.

Repair it or replace it?
A Viking doesn't add up like a budget machine. The usual rule: if it's past halfway through its life and the repair costs more than half the price of new, replace it. On equipment built to last twenty years, you hit that point a lot later. Our tech will tell you where yours stands, even when the right answer is not to spend the money with us.
Viking repair questions
Do you repair Viking appliances in Arizona?
Yes, all over Pinal and Maricopa County. Viking builds commercial-style ranges for home kitchens. Everything about them is heavy, parts included.
What fails most often on a Viking range?
Igniters, gas valves and door hinges. These ranges are built heavy, so the hinges hold up more weight than on a regular oven and wear out sooner. You'll notice it when the door stops closing square.
Are Viking parts easy to get?
Viking runs its own parts network instead of sharing parts with other brands. So we read the model and serial off the plate before we order anything. We don't assume the part is sitting on a shelf.
Is a Viking worth repairing?
Usually, yes. It's commercial-grade equipment built to last, so most problems are worth fixing instead of replacing the whole thing.
